Team Select Home Care serves medically complex children and adults across Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, and surrounding Greater Houston counties, with our office in Midtown Houston. Patients & Families: We specialize in pediatric and adult PDN, including ventilator care, trach management, seizure support, enteral feeding, and 24/7 skilled nursing by licensed RNs and LVNs — covered by Texas Medicaid and most insurance. Referral Sources: We coordinate with physicians, STAR Health/MDCP, and insurance to manage authorizations and complex overnight cases across the Houston metro. Nurses: RN & LVN openings with flexible schedules, new grad training, and tuition reimbursement.
