I value building strong partnerships with clients to promote insight into the uniqueness of their mental health, illuminate how they create meaning out of their experiences and strive to live intentionally. Through non-judgemental self reflection in sessions, I enjoy helping clients gain insight into their struggles, strengths and motivation for change in order to better navigate stressors, relationships and life transitions. In team leadership, I strive to help foster an authentic, inclusive and collaborative environment encouraging mental health providers and staff to tap into creativity and enthusiasm for their work.
