Ground fighting is the main emphasis of Jiu Jitsu with focus on technique over strength so that even against larger and stronger opponents you can maintain your safety. At 10th Planet Orange Park we don’t require uniforms, we don’t use contracts and we don’t charge you testing fees. We just want to teach you what we feel is the best self defense art out there.
